Gastrointestinal Nutrition Services
Do you have problems controlling your bowel habit or suffer with stomach or abdominal pain, reflux/heartburn, bloating, excess wind/burping? I can work with you to provide expert dietetics advice on diet, hydration and lifestyle to reduce your symptoms.
If you suspect a food allergy or intolerance I can work with you in a staged manageable way to find if this is the case.
If you have had any food allergy or intolerance testing out-with your GP/medical Dr you may be over restricting un-necessarily. I can support you to reintroduce foods safely and support improving your gut health.
I am trained in the use of the LOW FODMAP diet by Monash University and have helped many people with IBS feel in control of their symptoms and diet. I have extensive experience working with IBD, bile acid/gallbladder, liver and pancreatic disorders and can support you to improve your health and symptoms.

Cancer Nutrition Services
I am a specialist oncology dietitian with Masters level training in late gastrointestinal and nutritional effects of cancer treatment. I am currently working part time as a Macmillan Dietitian for The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre supporting those following pelvic radiotherapy.
I offer bespoke nutritional optimisation to support body and mind before and during your treatment, help you get back to fitness, and provide assistance afterwards with bespoke symptom-based nutrition.
My experience also includes supporting people with neuroendocrine tumours and those with haematological conditions. I have experience working with all cancer types at all stages.
I can provide advice on all aspects of nutrition to help you recover, support and prevent further health problems after cancer treatment.

I can assess your medical history, medication, current health condition and symptoms alongside a detailed dietary and lifestyle assessment to set goals for an improved recovery and reduce fatigue.
If you have had surgery to your bowel/gastrointestinal tract you may be having problems with swallowing, digestion, altered bowel habit, pain/cramps which is affecting your quality of life/ I can assess and support you to improve your nutrition and symptoms.
