Well Woman Clinic: Homeopathy

From puberty, periods, pregnancy to menopause – homeopathy can help!

I work with woman throughout all stages of life. I am seeing an increasing number of people looking for a natural approach to managing their hormones. Homeopathy can be beneficial for women who are experiencing painful periods, infertility, PCOS, PMT, menopause and beyond.

This safe, gentle, non-toxic healthcare choice can be with you throughout your pregnancy from morning sickness to a naturalbirth and breast feeding.

If your teenager is struggling with her first flurry of hormones (such as acne, cramps, mood swings) or you yourself are finding it difficult to manage the change of dynamics in the home at this time homeopathy can help support you both.

With over 34 recognised symptoms associated with the menopause ranging from anxiety, flushing, fibroids, insomnia, joint pain and brain fog, homeopathy can help to navigate you through this journey naturally and smoothly.

Well Woman Clinic: Hypopressive Exercise for Pelvic &Core Health

Leaky bladder. Diastases (muscle separation). Sexual dysfunction.

If your pelvic floor is not supporting you well, you need to support your pelvic floor. How do you do this? Hypopressive exercises.

Your pelvic floor supports more than just your bladder, it supports all of you! It’s the base of your core; its your foundation. To create a strong core, you must first create a strong foundation.

If you broke your arm, you would set it in a cast and do physio afterwards for rehabilitation. Incontinence and sexual dysfunction don’t have to be something you learn to put up with. There shouldn’t be any shame around these issues but so many Women don’t do anything about it, because they don’t know how to.

Hypopressive exercises, with some effort, can help you to improve pelvic misalignment, improve fitness levels, reduce back pain and address the causes of incontinence and sexual dysfunction.
