Hypopressive Exercise for Pelvic Health

Hypopressive is a term that describes a reduction, or a decrease, of pressure.

This training system is a series of exercises composed of various poses in positions which combine the use of myofascial change and neuro-dynamics enhancing posture and decrease intra-abdominal pressure on the pelvic floor and other tissues surrounding the core. Reduced pressure improves pelvic floor function, increases blood flow to thepelvic organs and assists rehabilitation following childbirth. Although prodominently mat based, the exercises can be adapted to be done seated.

• Re-positioning of pelvic organs to prevent or rehabilitate prolapse

• Use in preparation prior to surgery and post-surgical rehabilitative therapy

Block of 6 weeks £60
Block of 8 weeks £76 (5% disc)
Block of 10 weeks £90 (10% disc)
£10 per class, after attending an initial introductory block of 6 classes

One to one session £60 (1 & 1/2hrs of deep delve coaching)

One to one session £85, includes personalised follow up video to practice at home
